1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Syutih Apparel mobile application (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms apply to all authorized users of the App, including workers, karigars, line masters, QC masters, administrators, managers, contractors, and any other personnel authorized by Syutih Apparel.
2. Eligibility and Authorized Use
2.1 Authorized Users Only
The App is intended solely for use by:
Current employees, workers, and staff of Syutih Apparel.
Contractors or third parties who have been granted access by an authorized Syutih Apparel administrator.
Any unauthorized access or use of the App is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary or legal action.
2.2 Account Responsibility
Your login credentials are personal and confidential.
You must not share your username, password, or account access with anyone.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
You must immediately notify your administrator if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
User accounts are created, managed, and controlled exclusively by authorized administrators.
3. Permitted Use
The App may only be used for legitimate business purposes, including:
Recording attendance through clock-in and clock-out functions.
Viewing and completing assigned work tasks.
Entering and confirming production data.
Viewing salary information and confirming salary calculations.
Performing quality control checks and managing alterations (for authorized roles).
Managing workforce assignments and production activities (for authorized personnel).
4. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
Share account credentials with any other person.
Access or attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the App.
Upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
Circumvent security measures or authentication systems.
Use the App for personal commercial activities unrelated to employment duties.
Falsify attendance records, production data, salary information, or user identity.
Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the App.
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent from Syutih Apparel.
5. Camera and Device Permissions
By using the App, you consent to the following permissions:
Camera Access
The App may access your device camera to capture workplace photographs for attendance verification and operational purposes.
Notifications
The App may send push notifications related to work assignments, attendance, salary confirmations, production updates, and other business-related communications.
These permissions are used solely for business and operational purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disabling these permissions may limit certain App features and functionality.
6. Data Accuracy and User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information entered into the App is accurate, complete, and truthful, including:
Attendance records
Production counts
Quality control results
Alteration records
Salary confirmations
Providing false or misleading information may result in:
Disciplinary action under company policies
Suspension or termination of App access
Legal action where applicable
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, features, functionality, designs, workflows, trademarks, graphics, text, and related materials within the App are the exclusive property of Syutih Apparel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Syutih Apparel grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for authorized business purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to users through use of the App.
8. Availability and Updates
Syutih Apparel reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
Release updates, enhancements, bug fixes, and new features without prior notice.
Restrict access to certain features or functionality when necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the App.
Continued use of the App following updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syutih Apparel disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Security from unauthorized access
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syutih Apparel shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Loss of data, attendance records, production records, or salary information.
Business interruption or operational losses.
Unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard account credentials.
In no event shall Syutih Apparel's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, for use of the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Suspension and Termination
Syutih Apparel may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if:
A user violates these Terms.
Employment or authorization is terminated.
Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Continued access poses a security or operational risk.
Any other reason deemed necessary by Syutih Apparel.
Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease.
12. Third-Party Services
The App may utilize third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:
Firebase
Google Play Services
Apple App Store Services
Your use of such services may also be governed by their respective terms, policies, and agreements.
Syutih Apparel is not responsible for the practices, content, or services provided by third parties.
13. Changes to These Terms
Syutih Apparel reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms may be published within the App, on the company website, or communicated through other official channels.
Continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
